Icebreaker

Dispatched by M to the frozen North of Finland – near the border with Arctic Russia – Bond must combat an emerging global threat of catastrophic proportions. To do so, 007 is forced to join Icebreaker, a small Black Ops team composed of some of his greatest rivals. But Bond’s comrades-in-arms from the CIA, KGB and Mossad each come with a deadly agenda of their own. And between cross and double-cross, Bond must stay alive long enough to halt the ambitions of a madman with chilling links to a terrible past.

Role of Honour

Following scandal and his shock resignation from Britain’s Secret Intelligence Service, James Bond becomes a gun for hire, able, and willing, to sell his lethal skills to the highest bidder. And SPECTRE, it seems, are eager to have the disgraced British super spy on their payroll. But before he can be fully embraced by his new employer – and deadliest enemy – 007 must first prove his loyalty. And in doing so he must threaten with nuclear annihilation everything he has fought his whole life to defend. Until honour is fully restored.

Nobody Lives Forever

Bond was supposed to be on leave. But SPECTRE leader Tamil Rahani, dying from injuries suffered at Bond’s hand, is determined to make it the holiday to die for. With a price on his head, Bond must evade the world’s greatest assassins in a ruthless game of cat-and-mouse across Europe, while trying to save the lives of the women who matter to him the most: his housekeeper May and Miss Moneypenny. But Bond has been a target before. And when it comes to staying alive, nobody does it better than 007…

Casino Royale: Illustrated Collector’s Edition

This lavish edition from The Folio Society with high quality cloth binding and slipcase, artwork by acclaimed illustrator Fay Dalton, and an introduction by Booker-Prize winning author John Banville, pays homage to the enormous success of Ian Fleming’s iconic novels. Few characters have come to define a genre as James Bond has done, and this introduction to his world, with its merciless villains, spectacular dangers, ill-fated romances and exotic settings, is Fleming at his best.

Live and Let Die: Illustrated Collector’s Edition

Fay Dalton returns to illustrate the eighth title in Folio’s James Bond collection with seven stirring colour images and a spectacular slipcase design. The smart binding, inspired by Bond’s impeccably tailored suits, completes this irresistible volume, making it a must-have for collectors, Bond fans and all thriller aficionados.

Man-eating sharks, the lifeless stare of the zombie, and, underneath it all, the eerie beat of the voodoo drum… Live and Let Die plunges MI6’s best into a desperate fight for survival against the unearthly Mr Big, and not everyone will leave with their limbs intact.

No Deals, Mr Bond

Two female agents of Operation Cream Cake – double agents and honeytraps working against the KGB – are murdered. Bond must locate the others and get them to safety before they meet a similar fate.

In a race against time, 007 travels to Ireland and the KGB are soon on the scene. But all is not as it seems. Soon Bond needs all his wits to negotiate a labyrinth of double-crossing that leads to a showdown in a remote corner of Kowloon, where, weaponless, he is hunted by four assassins.

Moonraker: Illustrated Collector’s Edition

The Folio Society edition of Fleming’s third novel, Moonraker, features fine cloth binding, high quality slipcase, and illustrations from artist Fay Dalton.

Sir Hugo Drax is England’s darling: the self-made millionaire whose gift of a nuclear warhead promises a new era of peace for a nation afraid of a third world war. When M asks Bond to find out why this illustrious man cheats at cards, his concern is only for Drax’s reputation. But when two men die at the ‘Moonraker’ plant in a bizarre murder-suicide, just days before the weapon’s practice shoot, Bond must uncover the terrible truth of Drax’s enterprise and the dark history behind his abominable plans.

Diamonds are Forever: Illustrated Collector’s Edition

The Folio Society edition of Fleming’s fourth novel, Diamonds are Forever, features fine cloth binding, high quality slipcase, and illustrations from artist Fay Dalton.

The job sounded a simple one. Take on the identity of a diamond smuggler and follow his path across to the States, to find out who is behind the millions of pounds leaking out the diamond mines of Sierra Leone. Bond isn’t worried – how can these American hoodlums compare to the diabolical minds of SMERSH? Besides which, with the tough but dazzling Tiffany Case as his contact, the mission promises to have its entertainments. But Bond has made a serious mistake in underestimating the Spangled Mob. With no backup and enemies on all sides, he must call on every skill he has if he’s to escape with his life. After all, diamonds might be forever, but death is just as permanent.

From Russia with Love: Illustrated Collector’s Edition

The Folio Society edition of Fleming’s fifth novel, From Russia with Love, features fine cloth binding, high quality slipcase, and illustrations from artist Fay Dalton.

Named as Ian Fleming’s finest novel in numerous polls, and described by the author as, ‘In many respects, my best book’, this nail-biting thriller sees 007 ensnared by an elaborate plot devised by the Soviet counter-intelligence agency, SMERSH. Set among the bazaars and minarets of Istanbul, and aboard the Orient Express, the novel features some of the series’ most memorable characters. The ebullient and dissipated Darko Kerim reigns over ‘Station T’ with the help of his many children, and becomes Bond’s firm comrade. Rosa Klebb is the repugnant SMERSH operations chief whose weaponry includes a boot concealing a poison-tipped knife; Red Grant is the terrifying psychopath whose lust for murder has made him Chief Executioner. Tatiana Romanova is the ravishing, guileless instrument of a deadly honeytrap designed to destroy and defame the Secret Service’s greatest agent.

Dr. No: Illustrated Collector’s Edition

Continuing the best-selling James Bond series, this alluring edition of Dr. No once again features the talents of Fay Dalton, who has provided seven stunning images and a slipcase illustration portraying the unforgettable Honeychile Rider.

With a torture-loving villain, a feisty female lead and death-defying feats, including a battle with a giant squid, Dr No sees Fleming revelling in the dramatic appeal of his indestructible hero. Having recently recovered from his near-fatal poisoning at the end of From Russia with Love, Bond is sent to Jamaica for a working holiday. To his annoyance, his mission – to investigate the disappearance of two fellow MI6 operatives – sounds ‘rather like the soft life’. But the elegant Strangways and his pretty young colleague have not eloped, as M believes. Dispatched by sinister assassins, their bodies lie in a single coffin at the bottom of the Mona Reservoir. And so Bond enters an exotic and perilous world, manipulated by the sadistic Dr Julius No from the desolate Crab Key island.
