When asked how to write a thriller, Fleming was clear on how to achieve success, ‘There is only one recipe for a bestseller and it is a very simple one: you simply have to turn the page.’ We take this as our guiding philosophy. Collectively the Ian Fleming Estate and Ian Fleming Publications Ltd control the intellectual property rights in Ian Fleming’s name and writings. Together, we manage the James Bond and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang stories, as well as Ian Fleming’s other works and his name and likeness. A family-run company, we look to the future and are constantly working to honour our literary heritage.
